What is a credit?

One US dollar of model usage. When you send a request we charge what that request actually cost — input and output tokens at the provider's own rate — and nothing per model on top. Every model's rate is listed on its page.

So what do you charge for?

A 10% fee on top-ups. That is the entire margin: there is no per-model markup, no seat price and no minimum monthly spend.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credit lasts 12 months from the day you buy it. The free daily credit resets each day — it is a floor, not a balance to save up.

How do I get the Plus-exclusive models?

Hold any purchased credit. There is no separate unlock and no minimum: a ₹100 top-up opens the same models a subscription does, and they stay open while you have a balance.

Is there still a subscription?

Yes — Plus is sold in the Mume AI mobile app, and grants credit each month that resets at renewal. It is not required for anything, and nothing about it changed. If you already subscribe, your plan keeps working exactly as it did.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Indian rupees today. Card payments from outside India are pending activation with our payment provider; until that lands, top-ups are limited to India. The free tier is available everywhere.

What about refunds?
