This privacy policy applies to the Mume AI app (the "Application") for mobile and web platforms, created by Muse Mesh Private Limited (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
• Time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, and avatar. This information will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law (e.g., subpoena or similar legal process)
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to our privacy terms

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact kushal@muse-mesh.com.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If discovered, such information will be immediately deleted. Parents or guardians aware of such data collection should contact kushal@muse-mesh.com.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Device Identification

The Application may collect device identification information (Device ID) solely for analytics purposes. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve performance. We do not use Device ID for advertising purposes.

• Device ID data is not shared with third parties for their own use
• We collect only the Device ID and no other device-specific information
• Device ID data may be anonymized for long-term analytics

Your Rights

Right to Access

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. Submit a request via email to kushal@muse-mesh.com with the subject "Personal Data Access Request." We will respond within 45 days.

Right to Correction

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data. Contact us at kushal@muse-mesh.com.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions. We will respond within 45 days.

Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of:

• Targeted advertising — opting out will result in generic ads instead of personalized ones

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any opt-out rights.

California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to:

• Right to Know — request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected
• Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale — we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights
• Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal information

Submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing kushal@muse-mesh.com. We will respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days with notice). You may make a data access request free of charge once every 12 months.

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of minors under 16 without affirmative authorization.

Virginia Residents (VCDPA)

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Virginia residents have the right to:

• Access and confirm whether personal data is being processed
• Correct inaccuracies in personal data
• Delete personal data
• Obtain a portable copy of personal data
• Opt-out of targeted advertising, data sales, and profiling

We will respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 additional days). If denied, you may appeal by contacting us, and we will respond within 60 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General.

We will not process sensitive data without your consent, including data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data, data from known children, and precise geolocation data.
