Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mume AI (the "Application"), developed and operated by Muse Mesh Private Limited(the "Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Credit System

1.1 Overview

Mume AI uses a credit-based system for accessing AI models and features. Credits are consumed based on the actual cost of each interaction (input and output tokens).

1.2 Free Daily Credits

  • All users receive $0.50 worth of credits each day, free of charge.
  • Free daily credits expire at the end of each day (24-hour period) if unused.
  • We reserve the right to change the amount of free daily credits at any time.

1.3 Purchased Credits

  • Users may purchase credits at any time, in any amount at or above the published minimum, without a subscription.
  • Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire at the end of that period if unused.
  • A purchase is credited when our payment provider confirms the payment. The amount of credit granted is determined by the published conversion rate and platform fee in effect at the time the order is created.
  • Holding a purchased credit balance grants access to Plus-exclusive models for as long as that balance remains.
  • We may limit the total value of credits a single account can purchase within a rolling 24-hour period.

1.4 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are governed by those stores' terms in addition to these.
  • A subscription grants credits at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Subscription credits expire at the next renewal and do not roll over.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not affect any purchased credits, which retain their own 12-month validity.

1.5 Credit Usage

  • Credits are used to access 300+ models from 50+ providers and features on the platform.
  • Each model has a different cost based on input and output token counts: (Model Input Cost × Input Tokens) + (Model Output Cost × Output Tokens).
  • Model pricing is set by Muse Mesh Private Limited and may vary.

1.6 Credit Properties

  • Credits are non-transferable between users.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
  • Credits have no value outside of the Application.
  • Attempting to sell, trade, or transfer credits is strictly prohibited.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Credits that have already been spent cannot be refunded, as the corresponding model usage has been incurred on your behalf.
  • For unspent purchased credits, contact kushal@muse-mesh.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued at our discretion to the original payment method.
  • Subscription refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly.
  • Users may cancel a subscription at any time but will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

3. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% availability.
  • We are not liable for any interruptions or downtime that may prevent credit usage.
  • The selection of available AI models may change over time without prior notice.

4. Fair Usage

  • Users are expected to use credits in a fair and reasonable manner.
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend credit usage if we suspect abuse or unusual activity.

5. Account Termination

  • If a user's account is terminated, any remaining credits are forfeited.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused credits upon account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The credit system, Application design, and functionality are the intellectual property of Muse Mesh Private Limited.
  • Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Application and associated services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, credits or associated services.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for credits in the past month.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Credit usage may involve interaction with third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
  • We are not responsible for the performance or content of these third-party services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the credit system or Application will be resolved through arbitration, as outlined in these Terms of Service.

10. Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with credit purchases or subscriptions. Prices displayed may or may not include taxes, depending on the user's jurisdiction.

11. Age Restriction

Users must meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction to use the Application and purchase credits or subscriptions. We reserve the right to request age verification.

12. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
  • Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muse Mesh Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Application.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Muse Mesh Private Limited is a privately held company registered in India.
